I can't say enough about this fantastic experience. As a GF guest, I was so well taken care of! Every meal offered fabulous GF foods. I participated in making GF pastas and pizzas with my group.

Just the BEST! This tour far exceeded my expectations. Immersive shopping and daily cooking with Carla and Katia and their staff awesome!!! Our accommodations excellent. Our tour guides Marika and Camilla were so much fun and took great care of our needs, medical included. Every day we experienced hidden Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany; met remarkable centuries old, as well as, young wine and olive oil makers; met the Contessa of Perone and ate Cosimo Medici's favorite meal when visiting her ancestors castle; made ricotta cheese with a special local cheesemaker; toured beautiful hilltop towns; toured the Deruda Pottery factory and shopped there; hiked Etruscan trails and the magnificent medieval gardens of Francesco Medici. And celebrated a beautiful week of friendship, fun, and great food! Can't wait to sign up again!
